With this, the obvious knock-on effect on window film is energy saving — with such large reductions and stabilisation of internal climates, powered systems like electric air conditioning, gas heating and more is left in the ‘off’ position for a longer portion of the transitional and temperate seasons. That is, when the temperature is ‘temperate’ outside, window film is more likely to maintain a desirable level of ‘room temperature’ inside.
